While the Aspen entertainment center closes before 9pm, there is plenty of fun here after a day on the slopes. If you arrive there immediately after leaving the slopes and having a late dinner - after closing the center - you will have plenty of time to enjoy ARC.
The climbing walls in the center are among the biggest attractions. The ARC features about 3,100 feet of climbing walls for your enjoyment. There is also a three-dimensional climbing tower with more than 25 tracks and four cars.
Another nice feature at the Aspen Recreation Center is the pool area. The James E. Moore Pool area has 2 swimming pools. The pool is 25 yards long and has six lanes, while the other pool is for recreation and has a two-story, quiet river and the advantages of spraying. You will also find a dry sauna, a steam room and hot tubs in the pool area.
The Lewis Ice Arena is also located in the Aspen entertainment center. It was built in the spring of 2003 and features an NHL ski surface, a seating area of 450 people, a ski shop, dressing rooms, and shower rooms. General skiing, snowboarding, ice skating, youth, adult hockey, and skiing are available. You can also host private parties in the arena. High-altitude training is also offered here.
You will also find the heart and weight rooms at the center, and several fitness classes are offered. The Aspen Entertainment Center hosts many off-site activities in Aspen, such as golf, tennis, climbing, water sports, sailing, ice skating, ceramics, baseball, softball, football, hockey, and many camps.
Babysitting services are also available at the center. This place is a great way to end a day of activity and landing before an evening meal. Once again, the Aspen Recreation Center is closed just before 9 pm, so be sure to go there immediately after leaving the slopes on the day.
Guest access is $ 13 for youth and $ 15 for adults. Includes access to climbing towers, pool area, ice skating rink, weights room, cardio exercise room, adult fitness classes, water sports, climbing wall, tennis courts, and tennis courts.
